You can go to the popular Toritsudaigaku station at Tokyu Toyoko line by 4 minutes on foot and to Jiyugaoka by 13 minutes by walk. It is not too close, but it is Jiyugaoka where there are fancy shops and coffee shops, and you can enjoy there.
Recently, the rooms in the sharehouses in Meguro ward are getting smaller. However, if we design it by considering the tenants, we do not want to compromise on the size. The "Toritsudaigaku Tipetta" was built by emphasizing it. There are a number of the rooms which have more than 8 tatami mat.
