The house is near the Shinkoiwa Station, which is a rapid train station of the JR Sobu line, 14 minutes from Tokyo Station and 22 minutes from Shinagawa station and which has direct access to Akihabara and Shinjuku. There is a big shopping street in front of the station and an around the clock supermarket between the station and the house. The house is conveniently located anyway.
This sharehouse has 5 rooms, and four of them have over two windows which are bright and spacious. Most of them are over 6 tatami, and the biggest one is even 8.8 tatami. There are also enough personal space and storage. The clean and beauty bath room and washing room, which enhance the facilities in daily life. And also a female only sharehouse which notices the security.
