   2 stops to Ikebukuro, you just need to take one minute to station. This is the shared hous of designer which if located in the good location.

 Shakuji, city which come to be fancy and convenience because of redevelopment. Just 2 stops to Ikebukuro station by Seibu Ikebukuro line.

Shakujikoen Terrace is located in front of the station which had many fancy shops.

There are KALDI, super markets, arcade, and boutiques so that the house is really handy for living.

   There also are stylish living room and dining room designed by designer. In the other hand,  each private room is bright and has widely open space. Also, we provide closet for each private room which has their own color floor and wallpaper.

   We stuck to comfortable life style so  that we could provide clean wet area, such like kitchen and storage which have enough space. Also, we used automatic lock for security.

We can think about it because we manage more than 130 shared houses for only women in mainly 23 wards Tokyo. We will give a relaxing time as a present for you.
