It's a all new building which was reformed recently. There has a spacious space to use the living room and kitchen. There are two living rooms and kitchens with different atmosphere. There is also a rain shower in the fashion bathroom.

The wide single rooms here are all with semi-double bed. There're also big closet, desk and chair. It doesn't only have the design, but also prepare the equipments to let the residents here live comfortable！！

The entrance use keypad locks. This not only enhances security, but removes the need for carrying keys around. From the nearest Kamata station of JR Keihintohoku line, don't need to transfer a train to arrive Shinagawa・Shinbashi・Tokyo。From the Zōshiki station of the Keikyu Main Line, it's also convenient to get in the Haneda Airport.
