This women’s share house features a 75 square meter open-air common space. The roof terrace, enjoying a wonderful view of Sky Tree, was transformed into the house’s secondary living room. Here on this living room terrace you can enjoy a share house life unlike any other; enjoying conversation and meals with your house mates will be that much more enjoyable. You could just lie on the hammock, and feel the sunshine under the parasol.
Named after the floating island in Gulliver’s Travels. The living room and kitchen have been accented with European wallpaper, and the facilities along with its several community spaces still leave the house with plenty of room.
The entrance and private rooms all use keypad locks; this not only enhances security, but removes the need for carrying keys around. Also, the house was built according to the most recent earthquake standards, so it’s safe even during a strong earthquake.
Ayase Station is one station away from Kitasenju Station, which has access to 6 train lines including the Hibiya Line and Hanzomon Line, and three stations away from the Yamanote Line which go straight to the Ootemachi、Kasuminoseki, and Omotesando station.
Near Ayase Station there are several department stores such as Seiyu and Itoyokado, supermarkets, and various restaurants. Just one minute from the share house is a 7-11 and Tsutaya. You can walk on the street in a nice weekend, for who lives by herself outside is convenient.
